Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services, including website development and design services (the Services) provided by Annexorien Technology to the Client, in conjunction with any relevant quotation supplied to the Client by the company (Terms) otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptance of a quote, purchase, and/or use of the Services shall be considered acceptance of the Terms.

Permission and Copyright

• Copyright of the completed designs, images, pages, code, and source files created by the Annexorien for the project shall be with the Client upon final payment only by prior written agreement.
• Without an agreement, ownership of designs and all code is with the Annexorien.
• These terms of use grant a non-exclusive, limited license so that the Client can use the design on one website on one domain name only. The Client is not permitted to use a model for more than one website without prior written agreement between the Client and the Annexorien.
• The Client agrees that resale or distribution of the completed files is not allowed without prior written agreement.
• If the Annexorien designs a website for a Client, then the Client agrees that the we may include a development credit and link displayed on the Client’s website. The Client agrees that the Annexorien Technology reserves the right to include any work done for the Client in a portfolio of work.

Initial work

Annexorien Technology will commence the project after getting the required materials from the Client. The number of days to complete the project may vary as per the needs of the Client.

The Client needs to give a definite idea of the design/theme/colour and all aspects of the website/application/project at the time of preliminary discussion and before commencing the project.

The Client is free to provide samples or older websites/applications as reference. The Annexorien team will be creating website/application pages based on these ideas.

Modification work

In case of any modification, the changes should be informed within seven days after the initial work has been submitted. Annexorien Technology will not undertake any further works unless confirmed by the Client at the specified time period.

Redesign Clauses

If changes are suggested by the Client after the completion and approval of the entire project, it will be considered as redesign and are chargeable.

If the Client finds any error in the project, it would be rectified immediately. After completion of the project, Annexorien will upload the whole work in the server and the link will be sent to the Client for testing. The whole work will be uploaded in transferred/made live by Annexorien, after the final approval and settlement of balance amount by the Client.

Hosting

Hosting is an annual charge and it is Client’s responsibility to renew the hosting in the right time. Hosting is on shared and non-shared servers hosted via third party providers.

To cancel or terminate the service, Client must send in writing or by email one month prior to the expiry date of the same. Once the hosting has been renewed, it cannot be cancelled and must be paid for the whole year.

Emails

All emails should be downloaded on the Client’s computer periodically and email boxes must be kept within their quota limits. Clients are not allowed to use email hosting for inappropriate content and other undesired emails.

Domains

All domain registrations and renewals are needed to be paid in advance. Expiration of a domain can cause service disruption and loss of domain and Annexorien team will not be responsible if domains expire due to non-payment or late-payment.

Maintenance Plan

All the maintenance packages are for a minimum for three moth’s period and are billed quarterly. The Client needs to pay on 1st day of billed quarter. Package covers only minor website maintenance tasks, larger projects are not covered in it.
